FAQ 01: How much does it cost?

Every company has different needs so costs differ. Ask yourself how much time you are spending on training now and think about how that time is taking you away from running the business. Think about how valuable it is to redeem that time.

FAQ 02: What do I have to prepare?

Your existing training material is all we need to get started on your learning management system.

FAQ 03: What if all my training is just in my head?

No worries! We will work with you in several formats to organize and outline key points of your training to focus each course on.

FAQ 04: Are the video parts expensive?

Video components are the most cost-effective part of our eLearning systems. We already have all of the equipment you may need to show your processes and our in-office studio helps eliminates costs as well. A breakdown of potential video components depends on: How many videos we create, The length of each video, How many visual elements we create, If we use stock video/images or not, If we use actors or voice over talent, and the overall complexity of the final vision.

FAQ 05: How do you determine the budget?

Many things go into the final cost of the project. These factors are: How much training material have you prepared? Do you have a dedicated training employee that we can work with? Will they help write scripts and quizzes? Can they add content to an online eLearning system? How many courses and individual lessons are needed? How many videos do we need to make? Do you have someone who can be on-camera, or do we need to hire actors? Do we need to film on location or can we use our studio green screen? Will there be any interactivity? The more work you can do on your end, the less work we have to do. All of these things are factored into our final budget.

FAQ 06: Can we start small, just one course?

You can totally start small, we can create one demo course that you and your employees can test out and use until you decide to hop back on it again.

FAQ 07: How easy is it to change content?

Our eLearning courses make it quick and easy to update content. Anything you want to be changed in your learning management system can be easily done with just a few clicks. Adding new uploads, links, or text to your curriculum is as simple as a quick call.

FAQ 08: Do you just make training videos? Or help design the courses?

Educational design is WHAT we do! What does that mean? Well, creating a training course is more than just shooting a video. Our team has extensive backgrounds in course development and video production. We study your industry so our training educates employees with the message you want.

FAQ 09: Can you work with HR departments?

We certainly work with human resources departments and there is no reason why we shouldn’t work with yours. A dedicated HR person or subject matter expert can make the eLearning process move faster and help us better meet your company’s training expectations.

FAQ 10: Can we do some of the work ourselves?

You have total freedom to assign any of the appropriate team members to the training system or to even jump in yourself! You can also do nothing at all. We can provide whatever level of service you’re comfortable with.

FAQ 11: Can I turn everything over to you?

We will need you to review our outlines and scripts to ensure we are using the proper industry terms and highlighting the points you want us to clarify. We will also have you or members of your team test what we create for accuracy and effectiveness before we launch the system to employees or franchisees.
